Four divisions. One energy strategy.

The S.E.E.Comm model is built around a single strategic logic: secure long-term land positions and concessions, deploy clean energy infrastructure, and monetise through guaranteed off-take agreements. Each division executes this model within a distinct asset class — energy, aviation, maritime and roads.

Every division benefits from S.E.E.Comm's capital, governance and vertically integrated civil engineering capability — while operating with the focus and precision of a dedicated specialist.

SolisComm

SolisComm develops and operates distributed clean energy systems for residential and suburban communities — with a particular focus on new build and social housing projects where VPPs and Battery Energy Storage Systems can be integrated from the ground up. Every project is structured around a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with the housing association, local authority or commercial partner as the anchor off-taker.

The model is not solar development for its own sake. It is the deployment of a clean energy stack on strategic land concessions, generating predictable, guaranteed revenue over the full term of each agreement. Community benefit and decarbonisation are the outcomes. Long-term off-take is the engine.

  • Virtual Power Plants (VPP) and grid-scale BESS
  • New build residential and social housing projects with clean energy integrated from day one
  • Long-term PPAs with housing associations, local authorities and commercial off-takers
  • Community-scale energy networks reducing household costs and grid dependence

SkyComm

SkyComm acquires and develops strategic airport estates — large, secured land positions with long-term operational concessions. The airport is the anchor off-taker. Clean energy — VPP and BESS — is deployed on and around the estate and monetised through long-term PPAs, funding infrastructure that drives decarbonised cargo and freight logistics. SkyComm's flagship project, LondonX, is a gateway cargo platform for London and the Southeast.

Airport land positions offer some of the most compelling clean energy platforms available: large contiguous acreage, guaranteed high-volume energy consumption on-site, and long-term concession structures that underpin durable revenue. SkyComm's flagship project, LondonX, is the UK Government's first approved airport DCO — a gateway cargo platform for London and the Southeast.

  • Airport estate acquisition and long-term concessions
  • On-site VPP and BESS deployment across airport land
  • Airport operations as anchor PPA off-taker for clean energy distribution
  • Flagship project: LondonX — gateway cargo platform for London and the Southeast

Maritime & Energy

BlueComm

BlueComm secures port estates and coastal concessions — strategically located land and water positions that provide both the footprint for renewable energy deployment and the infrastructure for maritime decarbonisation. Port operations and coastal industry become the anchor off-takers under long-term PPAs.

Coastal and island communities represent some of the highest-cost, most energy-insecure locations in our operating regions. BlueComm's model addresses both: commercial freight port development creates economic infrastructure, while embedded clean energy generation and long-term energy supply agreements reduce costs and guarantee income simultaneously.

  • Port estate concessions and coastal land positions
  • Commercial freight terminal development and cargo throughput expansion
  • Clean energy embedded across port operations under long-term PPAs
  • Long-term PPAs with port operations and coastal industry
HighComm roads and energy infrastructure
Roads & Energy

HighComm

HighComm delivers low-carbon road maintenance and builds mini-grid networks alongside road corridors — creating linear land positions across which distributed energy assets are deployed. Road maintenance contracts and corridor concessions provide the access rights; local communities and industrial users provide the guaranteed off-take.

HighComm operates through four regional divisions — Southwest, MOD, Northeast and Southeast — each focused on the specific infrastructure opportunities and off-taker profiles within their territory. The MOD division delivers specialist energy resilience solutions for Ministry of Defence sites, where on-site generation and storage capability reduces dependence on the national grid.

  • Low-carbon road maintenance under long-term corridor concessions
  • Mini-grid networks deployed alongside road infrastructure
  • Community and industrial off-takers under guaranteed PPAs
  • MOD-grade energy resilience for defence-adjacent sites

Worldwide interests with ongoing projects in UK, Europe and the Caribbean

S.E.E.Comm and its divisions operate across three strategic regions — each chosen for the scale of concession opportunity, the strength of off-take demand, and the impact clean energy infrastructure can deliver.

United Kingdom

Region 01

United Kingdom

Our home market and primary base of operations — with active projects across airport estates, road corridors, residential communities and coastal freight infrastructure throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

Europe

Region 02

Europe

Strategic land positions across European markets where decarbonisation targets and energy transition policy create compelling long-term PPA environments.

Caribbean

Region 03

Caribbean

Island communities with high energy costs, underdeveloped airport and port infrastructure, and strong appetite for long-term clean energy concessions and off-take agreements.
